Mrs. Kelly Carter
Mrs. Carter’s 17 year career with Richmond Public Schools has allowed her to serve as Teacher, Department Chair, Coach, Academic Coordinator and Assistant Principal.
Her career began as a Business Teacher at John Marshall High School and Elkhardt Middle School, then on to Academic Coordinator and Assistant Principal at Armstrong High School.
She helps to cultivate and sustain initiatives at Armstrong High School that provide many opportunities and positive outcomes for students. Her focus remains providing the best education for students at Armstrong High School.

Degrees earned: Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degree from Virginia State University and Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mrs. Regina Turner-Mitchell
Ms. Turner is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and a proud alum of Virginia State (BS-Mathematics/Statistics), Strayer (MBA-Business Management), and James Madison (Educational Leadership/Administration & Supervision) Universities. She was a member of the first secondary math specialist cohort for the state at Virginia Commonwealth University. Currently, Ms. Turner is completing a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy at Old Dominion University. Ms. Turner supports first-generation college students and HBCUs!

Ms. Lancaster-Gay is a product of Richmond Public Schools and has served students with love and quality commitment for more than two decades! With high expectations, she is passionate about literacy and enthusiastically engages all learners to embrace reading, the skill that takes you everywhere!
